PURPOSE: To improve productive efficiency due to abbreviation of stages as well as dimensional accuracy in the manufacture of a ring plate of comparatively large diameter.

CONSTITUTION: The ring plate consists of a push roll 20 and receiving rolls 22, 24 and the push roll 20 is provided with an outwardly projecting rim part on the base end part and a groove part 28 recessed on this rim part for inserting a work. A projecting part 22a which projects outwardly is mounted at least on the peripheral side of the base end part of the receiving roll 22 approaching to an inserting side of the work 16 and a deviating means 32 to deviate the advancing direction of the work to the axial direction of the roll 20 is mounted in the neighborhood of the inserting side of the work 16. The improvement of productive efficiency due to the abbreviation of stages is accomplished and satisfactory accuracies can be obtained in flatness and roundness of shape and other dimensions, too.
