PURPOSE: To easily manufacture a twisted rolled stock by rotating a guide by a prescribed amount as the rolled stock passed between finishing rolls is passed through a guide hole provided with inside dimensions corresponding to the sectional shape of the rolled stock.

CONSTITUTION: When a hydraulic motor is driven as a square steel 12 finished by the finishing rolls 11 is passed through the guide hole 7 between the guides 6, a housing 2 is rotated a prescribed amount through a pinion 8 rotated by the hydraulic motor and a pair of guides 6 are rotated a prescribed amount round the central axis of the guide hole 7. Then, as the square steel 12 passed through this guide hole 7 is twisted it is pushed out of this guide hole 7 to easily manufacture the twisted square steel 12.
