Abstract:
PURPOSE:To readily manufacture cores of many types by alternately turning and stacking to displace small angle rotor core punched plates formed with small teeth at an equal interval. CONSTITUTION:Rotor core punched plates 1 having n pieces of small teeth 2 are alternately laminated at angles of 360 deg..n/m deg. and 360 deg..n/m+alpha deg. (where n is integer number, m is number of small teeth, alpha is small angle). The width of the teeth 2 and the width of groove 3 can be freely altered by varying the turning and stacking angle. For example, a rotor core 4 having the stepping angle that, when a motor is driven, is multiplied by 0.5 is manufactured by sequentially turning and stacking the angle of 0.5 times of the pitch of the teeth 2, thereby forming the core 4 having twice number of teeth.
