PURPOSE: To make a uniform saw levelling work possible, improve safety and reduce the cost by processing a plate having a hardness of SS steel or over in the form of a base plate for circular saw teeth, pressurizing it around a concentric circular surface at about 2/3 of its radius by rollers for levelling, eliminating distortion, and then fixing blade tips.
CONSTITUTION: A plate of SS steel is processed into a circular form, and a blade tip installing part 3 is cut in a predetermined teeth number along the circumferential edge. For levelling work, rollers 2, 2 are applied to rotate on both sides of a base plate 1, so a mechanical pressure is uniformly applied to the levelling part of the plate, where pressure is applied to the levelling part around a concentric circle at about 2/3 of the radius of the circular saw base plate 1 in the form of a donut. Then distortion is modified by a hammer or the like while the distortion is measured, and then sliding of the blade is performed at the tip installing parts 3, where blade tips 4 are fixed at the tip installing parts 3 of the base plate by blazing or spot welding, thereby blade teeth 5 for a circular saw can be obtained.
