PURPOSE: To ease manufacturing work by welding screen fixing bars, to which screen plates arranged in the axial direction are welded, to both side plates in such a manner that a virtual axis after the weld-deformation becomes the normal axis, i.e., both axes coincide with each other.
CONSTITUTION: With respect to an axis (c) of a fitting hole 1E at a side plate 1E, another axis ci at an opening hole 1Fa of another side plate 1F is set deviated upward by the amount of (s), or the amount of weld-deformation corresponding to an axial distance Ls. A plurality of screen fixing bars 1G are placed between two side plates 1F and 1E in the axial direction, and both ends of each screen fixing bar 1G are welded to the side plate 1E and side plate 1F. Next, the screen plate 1D are welded to the fixing bars 1G at respective points of the screen fixing bars 1G, ensuring a clearance-gap ps in the direction of a virtual axis (i). The time necessary for thread-mounting can be shortened accordingly.
