Abstract:

To provide a manufacturing method for a sealed-up package body that is satisfactory and excellent in the rate of substitution regardless of kind of contents.

After a flanged main body container 1 is filled with contents, a covering container 5 having a flange and a convex-shaped part and the main body container 1 are held in a vacuum chamber with a gap in 1 mm or more formed entirely or partly between both of the container members, and exhaust is made until the air pressure becomes below 0.06 atm and gas is introduced thereafter to keep the pressure inside the chamber at 0.8-1. atm and under such conditions, the covering container 5 and the main body container 1 are sealed at their flanges.
