Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a manufacture method of a seamless steel tube having grain refining organization.
CONSTITUTION: This seamless steel tube having grain refining organization is manufactured as below. After a steel heated to a high temperature equal to or higher than 1000°C, a pierce rolled hollow tube stock is forcively cooled from the inside surface or both of the inside and outside surfaces, and uniforming treatment at Ar3 to 1100°C and inclined rolling of 20 to 70% are applied. Thereafter, a continuous hot rolling is applied to correct the shape.
