Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an occurrence of buckling by performing a skinpass rolling of thick material of a low carbon material or a semiultra low carbon material after adjusting a high of an anticrimping roll.
SOLUTION: The height of the anticrimping roll is set by sheet thickness, and a skin-pass condition is determined to perform rolling with respect to the thick material (sheet thickness is 1mm or over) of the low carbon material containing C of several hundred ppm or the semiultra low carbon material containing C of several tens ppm. The occurrence of the buckling is prevented by setting the height of the anticrimping roll to 70mm for a material 2.0mm thick and that of the anticrimping roll to 75mm for a material 1.8mm thick.
