PURPOSE: To manufacture a sheet with massive dusting patterns by spraying dusting pieces over a base sheet, over which a film is covered and embossed.

CONSTITUTION: A base sheet 1 is delivered, and dusting pieces 2 are sprayed in a form of optional patterns from upward, over which a transparent film 4 coated with adhesive resin 3 is applied and contacted, and said materials are inserted and passed through embossing rolls 5, 5' to manufacture an integrated product. The transparent film 4 in the embodiment should preferably a polyester film of 8W15μ thickness, and the films, colorless transparent, colored transparent, partly pattern-printed and the like can be used. As for adhesive resin 3 to be applied over said film 4, a substantially powerful heat-fusing resin such as thermoplastic resin to adhere a polyester film is preferred. For the purpose, for instance ethylene vinylacetate resin, urethane resin and the like are used.
