PURPOSE: To prevent foamed resin from leaking outside, by a method wherein at the time of molding of a sheet pad which is unified with a sheet frame, a cap is put over a protrusion of the sheet frame and foam molding is performed under a state wherein a flange is put between pads.
CONSTITUTION: A foaming agent is made to foam under a state wherein a flange 17 is put between a top force 14A and bottom force 14B in a sheet pad molding tool 14 by putting cap 16, on an end part of which the elastic flange 17 is formed, over a protrusion 12A from the sheet pad molding tool 14 arranged so that a sheet frame 12 and a part of the sheet frame 12 are protruded outside within a range extending to mating surfaces 15 with a sheet frame 12 of the molding tool 14 from the tip of said protrusion 12A. In this instance, as the flange is welded to those elastically with pressure they adhere closely one another and sealing properties becomes favorable.
