PURPOSE: To prevent the deformation of a mold in the injection molding of plastics, by copying a master using a liquid modeling agent, also reinforcing it by a metallic backing material.
CONSTITUTION: After stripping the strippable film which covers the surface of a master 1, an assembly 11 of metallic rods is again arranged, positioning the modeling face and the surface of the master. Successively a modeling resin liquid is poured from the pouring route 9 of the liquid modeling agent of the assembly 11 of metallic rods until the modeling resin liquid oveflows from the top of an overflow route 10 and a clearance 12 is perfectly filled with the resin liquid. It is necessary that the resin liquid is poured also into the clearance 13 between a mold frame 3 and the assembly of metallic rods and these are fixed. After the resin liquid 4 hardens, the master 1 is removed with a molding table, a cavity 14 is shaped and the drilling work for an ejector pin is done.
