Abstract:
PURPOSE: To permit a surface material to be accurately simply and econonically bonded onto a ski body while permitting the surface material to be prevented surely from the degradation of the beautiful appearance due to damages to the surface material, positional deviation of decorative patterns, scraping, etc.
CONSTITUTION: An adhesive layer 12 is formed on a ski body 11 located and mounted on a bed 21 and a transparent front material 13 provided on the rear surface with a decorated layer is placed on the adhesive layer 12, while the periphery on the ski body 11 is pressed and heated by an elastic body 30 and a surface material 13 is bonded onto ski body 11 through the adhesive layer 12.
