Ski lower side constituents consisting of a skiing surface forming material 61 and both right and left sole edge members 71, 71 are respectively arranged on these ski upper side constituents 1A, and at the same time an upper mold 13 is mounted on the lower mold 11, and the middle core forming foaming material 21 is made to foam while being subjected to heating treatment.
