PURPOSE: To secure the electrical partition between a conductor part and an insulated board with the simple structure.

CONSTITUTION: A metal plate is punched into the predetermined shape so as to form a conductor part 22, with which a slider 26 slides, and furthermore, bent to the predetermined shape, and the metal plate forming the conductor part 22 is fixed inside of a molding die. Thereafter, resin is filled so as to insert-mold an insulated board 20, and at this time of insert-molding, surface position of the conductor part 22 is positioned at the same surface with the surface of the insulated board 20, and a part of a die is positioned at the end 32 of the conductor part 22 for molding so as to form a clearance part 30 at the end 32 of the conductor part 22, with which the slider 26 slides, in the depth direction from the surface of the insulated board 20.
