PURPOSE: To realize a solid electrolyte capacitor having excellent characteristics while having little deterioration in capacitance loss at the time of being left under high temperature and high moisture for a long time in relation to the manufacture of a solid electrolyte capacitor using a conductive marcomolecule for a solid electrolyte while having an excellent frequency characteristics together with a small size and large capacitance.
CONSTITUTION: A conductive macromolecule is formed on a valve metal forming at least a dielectric film by using an electrolyte solution containing at least silicic acid or silicate, phenol dielectric, a polymeric monomer and supporting electrolyte by an electrolytic polymerization method for being made a solid electrolyte. Thereby, deterioration in the dielectric film under high temperature and high moisture is suppressed thus allowing to realize a capacitor having excellent stability under high temperature and high moisture.
