PURPOSE: To facilitate manufacturing and keep the accuracy of a nozzle blade in high quality even the nozzle blade wherein a surface shape is formed into a three-dimensional curved surface is fitted.
CONSTITUTION: The surface shape of the middle part 1a is formed into a three- dimensional curved surface in a nozzle blade 1. The outer and inner partition board side end parts 1b and 1c of the nozzle blade 1 are worked into the same shape as end surfaces 6 and 7 respectively along the radius direction of a diaphragm main body. When the outer partition board side end part 1b of the nozzle blade 1 is inserted in the hole 2A of an outer partition board 2, the nozzle blade 1 is pushed in surplus so that the end surface 6 of the nozzle blade l can be protruded by the amount of the board thickness 3a of the inner partition board 3 from an outer partition board outer peripheral surface 12. Then when the outer partition board side end part 1c is inserted in the hole 3A of an inner partition board 3, the nozzle blade 1 is returned on the inner partition board side by the amount of the board thickness 3a pushed in surplus.
