PURPOSE: To manufacture steel sheet for enameling with less lugging by trimming, without recrystallization annealing, dead soft steel sheet for which ordinary hot rolling and cold rolling are performed.
CONSTITUTION: After ordinary hot rolling and cold rolling are performed, the dead soft steel sheet is put through trimming without recrystallization annealing. At this time, it is desirable to perform finishing roll right above Ar3 transformation point as a condition for hot rolling. Also, concerning take-up temp., there is no specific restriction, but taking up at a temp. of 700°C or less is desirable from descaling viewpoint. Thus, even when dead soft steel sheet is used as material, the steel sheet for enameling with good flatness is manufactured.
