PURPOSE: To manufacture the titled steel sheet, by casting continuously steel contg. specified ratios of C, Si, Mn, P, S, N, Ti, Nb, sol Al, cold rolling the slab, then recrystallization annealing the sheet at a specified temp.
CONSTITUTION: Steel composed of, by weight ≤50ppm C, ≤1.0% Si, ≤2.0% Mn, ≤0.15% P, ≤0.05% S, ≤50ppm N, further ≥one kind among 0.004W0.20% Ti, 0.004W0.050% Nb, ≤0.010% acid soluble Al after deoxidized by Al, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurity is prepd. by continuous casting. The steel is cold rolled to steel sheet, then the sheet is recrystallization annealed at <700°C and <650°C in cases of continuous and box annealings respectively. In this way, steel sheet having good mechanical property as deep drawing steel sheet is obtd. at a low annealing temp.
