PURPOSE: To ensure the strength of junction parts of spoke parts and a boss part and eliminate the need of reinforcement members by a method wherein resin- impregnated continuous fiber is repeatedly fed to a ring part, the spoke parts and the boss part so as to integrally form the respective parts and at the same time the spoke parts are formed in the direction tangent to the boss part.
CONSTITUTION: Firstly, resin-impregnated continuous fiber F is taken up from a feeding device to the peripheral groove 13a of a rotating ring part taken-up member 13 in order to gradually form the ring part 12 of a core material 11 (not shown in fig.). Secondly, the fiber F is fed from a notched part 13b of the ring part taken-up member 13 to the direction of a rotary shaft 14 so as to be tangent to a boss piece 15 in order to be taken up again to the peripheral groove 13a through a notched part 13c after touching with some portion of the peripheral groove of a groove 15a. Thus, spoke parts 16a and 16b, both of which are opposite to each other, are simultaneously formed. Thirdly, the fiber F is fed from a notched part 13d of the take-up member 13 to the direction of the groove 15a of the boss piece 15, reduced its running area in the form of a bar with pins 18 and 18, wound around the groove 15a of the boss piece 15, past through the space between the pins 18 and 18 again and wound to the ring part take-up member 13. Thus, a spoke part 19 is formed.
