Abstract:

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the dielectric characteristics of a stator coil while positively positioning a stator when molding by expanding a can at the end section of a stator core and receiving a molding die by the pipe expanded section and molding the motor. CONSTITUTION:The stator 1 consists of the stator core 2 and the stator coil. The outer circumference and side of the stator core 2 and the circumference of a coil end 5 of the stator coil are molded by a resin molding member 4. When molding, resin is injected under a condition that the stator 1 is erected and the die is received by the pipe expanded section 31 of the can. Accordingly, the deterioration of the dielectric characteristics of the stator coil due to internally enclosed water is prevented, and the stator 1 can be positioned positvely when molding.
