Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for a synthetic resin foamed molding provided with sufficient mechanical strength such as rigidity and to be manufactured easily without problems of toxicity and safety.
A mixed solution of water or alcohol of 2C or less with a specified organic solvent is brought into contact with a thermoplastic foamed molding at the normal temperature and under the normal pressure and swollen, and then the swollen thermoplastic resin molding is heated up to the temperature higher than its thermal deformation temperature and lower than its melting point and also pressurized, and the above-said thermoplastic resin molding is foamed while the pressure is reduced gradually.
