Abstract:
To apply a method for manufacturing rubber modified thermoplastic resin pellets of comparatively high ratio of rubber.
A method includes the step of compressing first particles at the temperature effective to soften the first particles so that the first particles partially fuse to form an aggregate of the particles, the step of dividing the aggregate into second particles of the thermoplastic resin and the step of compressing and granulating granular thermoplastic resin to reduce the risk of thermal degradation of the thermoplastic resin to a large extent and also reduce the cost thereof to a large extent.
