The method for manufacturing a thermosetting decorative plate comprises steps of decorating a thermoplastic resin sheet 1 having a melting temperature higher than a molding temperature of sheet molding compound (SMC) by print 2, further preparing a decorative sheet obtained by backing the decorated surface or its opposite side surface with flocked fabric 4, laminating the SMC to be brought into contact with the flocked fabric surface of the sheet, and heating and pressurizing it in a mold to integrate the both. Adhesive properties are obtained by anchoring effect with the SMC molding resin, and flow of a print layer due to flowing pressure of the resin and high heat is prevented by the heat resistance of the sheet.
