Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a thin hollow cylindrical cast molding having excellent dimensional accuracy and productivity.
A hollow cylindrical cast molding 1 removed from a casting mold is inserted into a ring-like fitment 4 having inner diameter of the ring formed in higher accuracy than the dimensional accuracy required for the molding and smaller linear expansion coefficient than that of a cast molding and larger rigidity than that of the molding with the inner diameter of the ring slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the molding during aftercuring at the aftercuring temperature, and aftercured.
