PURPOSE: To cope with the manufacturing of parts of various shapes, and to perform the efficient mass production without variance of the dimensions and shapes by executing simulation by CAD, sorting the body parts from the accessory parts, mounting the accessory parts on the body parts by welding, and executing the finishing trial.
CONSTITUTION: Allotment is realized based on the development of a twisted partitioning parts which is simulated by CAD, and mounted within a Pt tube of a glass ceramics equipment, and the cutting is executed to sort the body parts which is easily bent from the accessory parts. Then, the bending which is the preliminary working of the body parts is executed, and the accessory parts is cut and formed to the prescribed shape. Then, the accessory parts 3' which is cut and formed to the prescribed shape is mounted on the bent body parts 2', and the finishing trial is executed to manufacture a twisted partitioning parts S of smooth shape. This constitution allows excellently finished shape and dimension, and efficient mass production.
