Abstract:
PURPOSE: To continuously manufacture a three-layer laminated sheet in which form sheets are laminated on both surfaces of a core material sheet by using a frame laminating method.
CONSTITUTION: A first set of pressure rolls 1, 2 and a second set of pressure rolls 3, 4 of pairs are provided. The method for manufacturing a three-layer laminated sheet 11 comprises the steps of sending a first form sheet 8 along the upper stage roll 1 of the first set, melting a surface of the sheet on the way of rotating, connecting a core material sheet 7 between the upper and lower rollers, and introducing a two-layer laminated sheet 9 between the upper and lower rolls 3 and 4 via a periphery of the lower-stage roll 4 of the second set of the rolls. The method further comprises the steps of sending a second form sheet 10 along the upper stage roll 3 of the second set, melting a surface of the sheet on the way of rotating, connecting the two-layer sheet 9 between the upper and lower rolls 3 and 4 to a surface of the core sheet, and adhering form sheets 10 to both surfaces of the sheet 7 to sent the sheet 11 upward.
