Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method for nitrogencontaining two-phase stainless steel centrifugal casting tube, in which defects of shrinkage cavity, gas porosity, etc., are not caused in the inner peripheral part.
CONSTITUTION: After pouring molten steel in a metallic mold 1, by supplying inert gas or nitrogen gas into the metallic mold 1, the inner part of the metallic mold 1 is brought into a pressurized condition of 2-5kgf/cm2. Then, while rotating the metallic mold 1, the molten steel is solidified.
