To facilitate the discharging of molding sand and to fully remove the molding sand by arranging plural hollow spokes opened into hollow-annular chambers in a hub and a flange and discharging the molding sand (cores) from the spoke part, at the time of manufacturing a hollow one piece wheel with a low pressure metallic mold casting method.

Molding sand flowing-out holes 5, 6 for removing the molding sand from the hollow chambers 1 of the spoke 2 below the wheel and the hollow annular chambers 3, 4 in the flange part H and the hub part N, are arranged in the spoke 2. These flowing-out holes 5, 6 are desirable to arrange on the wall 16 at the back surface side of the spoke 2, and these number and shapes are decided according to the design. The removal of the molding sand from each of the hollow chambers 1, 3, 4 is executed by applying the shaking or the vibrating movement to the wheel F and thereafter, cleaning with the air and/or liquid. Further, after removing the molding sand, closing cores 10 are fitted into the molding sand flowing-out holes 5, 6 and fastened and fixed.
