PURPOSE: To manufacture a vinyl resin hollow ball which has a built-in floating model.

CONSTITUTION: A thin wire 5 is passed through a navel 6, and a model 4 is fixed with its tip 5a, and then the navel 6 fixing the model 4 is bonded to the inwall of a lower mold 2 for molding of two-pieced ball, and also the lower mold 2 is charged with a proper quantity of vinyl resin sol 8 for formation of a ball, and upper and lower molds 1 and 2 are put on top of each other and are fastened integrally, and then the vinyl resin sol 8 is heated and fused, while turning the molds laterally and longitudinally, so as to form a ball, and then wire 5 is pulled out of the navel 6, whereby the model 4 is separated from the navel 6, thus it is built in capably of floating.
