PURPOSE: To pile up a web piece positioned at the uppermost section of a web layered body in fixed quantity to be manufactured, in a neatly aligned state, and forcibly hold and pile up the folded piece of the uppermost web piece at the descending process of a lift table.
CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a web layered body in fixed quantity is constituted so that a presser bar 61 and a separation bar 71 are respectively driven into space between folded webs and, then, the presser bar 61 is lowered together with a lift table 50. This manufacturing device is used to blow the air from the forward end of the presser bar 61 driven into space between the folded webs. In this case, the air is blown from the forward end of the presser bar 61 at the start of the descending process of the table 50, at the intermediate descending process thereof and at the time of drawing out the presser bar 61 with the table 50 positioned at the lowest level.
