Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce wear by providing a workpiece spindle which can be rotated and driven and a tool spindle which can be rotated and driven and does not vibrate.

CONSTITUTION: Tool blades 17, 18 are guided along a circular locus within space and contact of the tool blades 17, 18 and a workpiece 10 is performed in a range of a sharp curve of a cycloid locus close to a rotation axis 12 of the workpiece 10 or on an opposite side of the rotation axis 12 so as to form at least one of recessed parts A1 to A13. At this time, a machine provided with an eccentric spindle is not required but only a machine tool in which a tool spindle is almost stationarily located and a feed motion is performed is required. When a machine tool without an eccentric spindle is used, advantages that the machine becomes inexpensive and the machine becomes strong because the eccentric spindle becomes unnecessary are provided.
