Specified amt. of a quickly liq. cooled fine R-Fe-B magnet powder and thermosetting resin are added and mixed with an anisotropic R-Fe-B magnet powder, the mixed powder is primarily formed below the resin softening start temp. to form a molding having specified density, it is heated over the resin softening start temp. but below the hardening start temp., then secondarily formed at specified forming pressure in a magnetic field and hardened. Thus it is possible to produce a homogeneous anisotropic bond magnet having a high magnet characteristic and heat and weather resistance.
