To solve problems encountered in the prior art that there is decreased an operation efficiency of fixing a protector formed item to a hose formed item and there is deteriorated a vulcanization adhesion between them.
There are provided in a hose forming line an extruding machine 11 for extruding a formed item 21 of the hose main body and an injection molding machine 14 for forming a protector formed item 22 at a predetermined position of an outer circumference of a hose formed item 21 whereby the hose formed item and the protector formed item are continuously formed. There is mounted in the inner side of the upper and lower molds 33a and 33b of the injection molding machine a nozzle member 35 having a guide groove 38 to make a rubber material for molding a protector flow down in the moving direction of the hose formed item, is mounted in the downstream of the guide groove an accumulation portion 40 to make the injecting pressure of the rubber material uniform and is further mounted in the downstream of the accumulation portion a shrank diameter portion 40a to synchronize the flow velocity of the rubber with the velocity of the moving hose formed item.
