Therein, the drying part is composed of a plurality of drying zones arranged side by side in the conveyance direction of the base material, each drying zone is equipped with at least an air feed port and an exhaust port and is configured such that dry air can be sent from the air feed port toward the exhaust port and the air feed amount and the exhaust amount of each drying zone can be individually adjusted.
