PURPOSE: To improve the productivity of a compact-stranded wire by constituting the titled device so that a sector section strand is formed from a round strand by placing a compression forming roll in a strand process, and thereafter, the sector section strand is focused to a round section through a collecting die.
CONSTITUTION: In the first rotary strap 6a, a round strand 9 of a high force Al alloy is brought to a compression forming to a sector section by a sector roller 10, and in the second rotary strap 6b, a sector section strand 9a is brought to a turn-stop by a holding roller 11. In the third rotary strap 6c, the strand 9a is twisted at a prescribed pitch by the holding roll 11, and thereafter, by a collecting die 7, the strand 9a is focused to a round section on a galvanized steel wire 12, and it is compressed by a roller die 13. In this way, the productivity of a compact-stranded wire can be improved.
