PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for programming time, and to improve productivity by a method wherein a wire storing ring and a winding ring each having arched sections are mounted concentrically, a taping ring with an arched section at an opposite position is fitted, and winding and taping are conducted.

CONSTITUTION: A ring-shaped core 11 is mounted to frames 21, 22, and turned by means of a roller 19. A conductor 15 is stored previously to the wire storing ring 12, which has the arched section and is arranged being interlinked with the core 11, in predetermined length, the winding ring 13, which is disposed concentrically to the ring 12 and has the arched section, is rotated, and the conductor 15 is wound on the core 11 from the wire storing ring 12. The taping ring 16 with the arched section fitted at the opposite position of the winding ring 13 is arranged being interlinked with the core 11, turned and taped on the winding. The core 11 can easily be mounted and demounted by upward directing each arched section of the wire storing ring 12, the winding ring 13 and the taping ring 16. Accordingly, program time is unnecessitated, mechanization is enabled and productivity can be improved.
