Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent foreign matters of a plastic film from being adhered by forming grooves in peripheral positions, corresponding to pin strips on a revolving roll, on a plastic film supporting roll.

CONSTITUTION: A plastic film F to be treated is inserted in between a revolving roll 1 and a plastic film supporting roll 3, while it has continuous holes formed by pins 2 which are buried in the revolving roll 1 and protruded thereon. In this case, the pins 2 penetrates the film F and have the tips inserted into grooves 4, formed in the plastic supporting roll 3 which is revolved in close proximity to the periphery of the revolving roll 1.
