PURPOSE: To array many groups of winding rods in a small space by arraying some of groups of winding rods repeatedly so that they project upward or downward.

CONSTITUTION: Plural winding rods 38a and one array jig 45 are implanted in a 1st upper holding plate 38 horizontally at specific intervals so that they are positioned on an arcuate virtual line while projecting upward and the array jig 45 is arranged at the peak of the arcuate virtual line. Further, external winding rods 41a and internal winding rods 41b are implanted horizontally in a 1st lower holding plate 41 at specific intervals so that they are positioned on an arcuate virtual line projecting downward. Further, respective winding rods 38a, 39a, 39b, 40a, 41a, 41b, 42a and 42b, and the array jig 45 are parallel to one another. Consequently, optical fiber F never shifts when wound to eliminate defective production, and many groups of winding rods 38aW42b are arrayed in the small space.
