Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method capable of performing mass production of a partial depolymerization body powder of polyester resin used for a natural fiber reforming agent for making sublimation transfer print possible on the surface of cloth made of natural fiber.SOLUTION: Polyester resin and multi-hydric alcohol supplied from a polyester resin hopper 2 and a multi-hydric alcohol hopper 3 respectively are fused and kneaded by a fusion extruder 4 to obtain a fused partial depolymerization body of polyester resin. Further, fused material of a partial depolymerization body of polyester resin is cooled and solidified by a cooling device 6 while conveying the fused material of a partial depolymerization body of polyester resin with a conveyance device 5 and the solidified material is crushed and pulverized by a crushing device 7.
