To provide a manufacturing device for a PTP sheet which can suppress troubles due to a defective feeding such as a standing tablet or a broken tablet even when a tablet to be thrown in has been changed.

A PTP packaging machine is equipped with a heating means 12 and a pocket molding means 13, and a bag-shape packaging film 3 is softened by the heating means 12. Then, a pocket part 2 is molded by the pocket molding means 13. In this case, the periphery of an area corresponding with the pocket part 2 on the packaging film 3 is annularly pinched by a lower die 41 and an upper die 42. A plug 48 is pushed up when a cam mechanism 55 is operated under a pinched state in such a manner. Thus, a pushing up part 49 hits a part to be molded, and the pocket part 2 is molded when the part to be molded is stretched. Since a protruding amount of the plug 48 is adjustable, even when a tablet to be thrown in is changed to another one, the depth of the pocket part 2 can be changed.
