Abstract:
To provide a production equipment of an alloyed hot dip galvannealed steel sheet and a production method of an alloyed hot dip galvannealed steel sheet, which dissolves convexconcave defects of a steel sheet surface caused by plating and alloy process after the plating.SOLUTION: The production equipment of the alloyed hot dip galvannealed steel sheet includes an alloy furnace for applying alloy process on a hot dip galvannealed steel sheet, and a temper roller for performing temper rolling on a steel sheet on which alloy process is applied in the alloy furnace, and a convex defect inspection device for inspecting convex defects of a steel surface on which alloy process is applied in the alloy furnace, and a convex defect smoothing device for smoothing the convex defect of the steel surface detected by the convex defect inspection device, in the production equipment of the alloyed hot dip galvannealed steel sheet. Alloy process is applied on the hot dip galvannealed steel sheet, and then, convex defects of the steel sheet on which alloy process is applied are detected, and temper rolling is performed after smoothing the detected convex defects of the steel sheet surface, in the production method of the alloyed hot dip galvannealed steel sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
