Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a far-infrared radiation product including a suture which can continuously exhibit a sufficient far-infrared radiation effect without damaging a treated object.SOLUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a far-infrared radiation product including a suture includes a high pressure hermetic type chamber in which an irradiation object is arranged in an internal space, a far-infrared radiation part for radiating far-infrared rays in the chamber, and a pneumatic pressure adjustment part for adjusting a pneumatic pressure in the chamber. The far-infrared radiation part includes mineral powder radiating the far-infrared rays, a mineral powder storage container which stores the mineral powder therein and is arranged inside the chamber, an agitation blade which is arranged inside the mineral powder storage container and agitates the mineral powder, and a high-frequency oscillator for oscillating high-frequency waves so as to irradiate the inside of the mineral powder storage container with the high-frequency waves. The high-frequency oscillator irradiates the inside of the mineral powder storage container with the high-frequency waves in a range corresponding to a natural frequency of the mineral powder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
