Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress or substantially eliminate line displacement of a panel having a character line without wrinkle generation.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus 1 comprises a punch 2, and plural dies 4a, 4b which are so configured as to be moved in a vertical direction facing the punch 2, performs a press work for a blank S located between the punch 2 and the plural dies 4a, 4b, and manufactures a panel having a character line comprising a ridge line sandwiched by at least two faces. In this apparatus, a die slide mechanism 10, which advances the die 4b facing a face on a line displacement occurrence side of the blank S in a direction D on a punch tip side among directions perpendicular to a press direction V while moving said die in the press direction V, is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
