Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing facility for crushed sand where uniform distribution onto a vibrating screen is excellent and sieving efficiency of the vibrating screen is enhanced and productivity is high.
CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing facility 1 for crushed sand is equipped with the hopper 10 of a raw material, a vibrating feeder 20, a gyratory crusher 40, a vibrating screen 70 for sieving a crushed product and a dispersion device 60. The dispersion device 60 is constituted by plurally and equally dividing the cross section of the inlet of a easing by respective vertical weirs in the flow direction of the raw material on the vibrating screen in the casing and successively fitting chutes to the respective lower ends of the spaces comparted and formed by the vertical weirs. The chutes form flow paths which plurally divide the breadth direction of the vibrating screen 70.
