Abstract:
Provided are an Fe-Ni-based alloy thin plate and a method for manufacturing the same with which high flatness can be obtained with a small amount of trimming. The method for manufacturing the Fe-Ni-based alloy thin plate comprises: an intermediate cold rolling step of fabricating an intermediate cold-rolled material having a thickness of not more than 0.4 mm by subjecting a cold rolling material in which an Fe-Ni-based alloy hot-rolled material is used to cold rolling; a finishing cold rolling step of cold-rolling the intermediate cold-rolled material into a thin plate having a thickness of not more than 0.2 mm; and a shape correction step of subjecting the thin plate to shape correction. The method is characterized in that: the finishing cold rolling step includes using a multi-stage rolling machine having an intermediate roll shift mechanism to perform cold rolling with an intermediate roll shift amount, which is a parallel distance between an intermediate roll end and an intermediate cold-rolled material end, adjusted to between 0 and +9 mm; and that the shape correction step includes performing shape correction with an elongation percentage of 0.3 to 0.7.
