Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of an aluminum alloy bus bar having strength required as a bus bar and high product yield by conducting an edge wise flexure processing, and the aluminum alloy bus bar manufactured by the manufacturing method of the aluminum alloy bus bar.SOLUTION: An edge wise flexure processing part 10b is heated at 100°C to 250°C during edge wise flexure processing on an aluminum alloy bus bar 10 of an aluminum alloy flat wire. The edge wise flexure processing is conducted within 5 mins after heating. The aluminum alloy bus bar 10 has a ratio of Vickers hardness A of a heating part and Vickers hardness B of a non-heating part, A/B, of 0.8 or more. Further flat wise flexure processing is conducted on the aluminum alloy bus bar 10 if needed to obtain a prescribed shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
