Abstract:
To provide an aluminum alloy capable of forming a highly smooth outer surface and capable of suppressing a production cost, a manufacturing method of an aluminum alloy extruded material, a manufacturing method of a photosensitive drum base, an aluminum alloy extruded material and a photosensitive drum base.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy extruded material 3 for photosensitive drum bases is manufactured by extruding a billet 1 made of an aluminum alloy for photosensitive drum bases characterized by having a composition made of Si:0.081 to 0.13 mass%, Fe:0.1 to 0.7 mass%, Cu:0.05 to 0.20 mass%, Mn:1.0 to 1.5 mass%, and the balance made of Al and inevitable impurities, an area rate of a ratio of an intermetallic compound containing 1% or larger of each of elements Al, Fe, Mn and Si relative to all intermetallic compounds in a metal texture of 20% or smaller, and a maximum area of recrystallized particles after extrusion processing of less than 30000 μm2. Then, by drawing or ironing an aluminum alloy extrusion pipe 3 for a manufactured photosensitive drum base, a photosensitive drum base is manufactured.SELECTED DRAWING: None
