Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum composite material and its manufacturing method for deep drawing for a use which rejects staining wherein friction resistance to a forming punch is few without using a lubricant or the like at molding, and formability is excellent. SOLUTION: An aluminum foil composite material for deep drawing is of a laminate which is composed of at least an unstretched thermoplastic resin film/a modified polyolefinic adhesive resin or a laminate/aluminum foil of a polyolefin and a modified polyolefinic adhesive resin. Only the outside surface of the resin film is provided with fine unevenness.
