To provide a method for manufacturing a hollow woven tubular material for a blood vessel prosthetic material of high quality which prevents a looseness of warps of a part which does not contribute to the formation of the tubular material and troubles such as an thread breakage and an opening fault caused by the looseness of the warps which have been a problem in the conventional manufacture of the hollow woven tubular material for the blood vessel prosthetic material according to a jacquard system, and which continuously stably weaves.
The method for manufacturing the hollow woven tubular material A for the blood vessel prosthetic material by using a shuttle loom with a jacquard apparatus is provided with at least one shuttle C for inserting wefts G to the warp rows E of the part which contributes to the formation of the material A, and at least one shuttle D for inserting wefts H to warp rows F of the part which does not contribute to the formation of the material and comprises the steps of operating these shuttles to simultaneously form a tubular material A and a woven part B except the material A.
