Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of bent resin-rubber composite hose in which wrinkles do not occur in a resin tube in the innermost layer for constituting a bent resin-rubber composite hose, after heating and molding into a bent hose.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of bent resin-rubber composite hose includes: a step 12 of cutting an unvulcanized resin-rubber composite hose into predetermined length; applying a tensile force in an axial direction of a mandril (step 14); a step 15 of inserting the mandril into the unvulcanized resin-rubber composite hose; a step 16 of removing the tensile force; a step 17 of setting the resin-rubber composite hose in which the mandril from which the tensile force is removed is inserted into an outer mold for bent molding as a jig for bent molding in which a predetermined bent shape is imparted; and a step 18 of performing vulcanization in this set state and molding it into a bent hose having a bent shape as a product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
